Tim Tharp's broad background in education and community service enhances his contribution to the MCEE.  He is the Superintendent of Sunburst Schools and has an MS in mathematics education from MSU Bozeman.  Tim received his MBA from the University of Montana in May 2008.  He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in educational leadership at the University of Montana.  In addition, Tim is the Class C representative on the Montana Quality Education Coalition and is board president of the Montana Schools Property and Liability Insurance Plan.
