Ms. Holly Fretwell is a PERC Research Associate and an Adjunct Professor of economics at Montana State University in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Economics. She earned her B.S. in Political Science and her M.S. in Natural Resource Economics from MSU. She has spent several years presenting at MCEE conferences and is a co-author of the MCEE Economic Learning Modules. Ms. Fretwell is also the author of the book "The Sky's Not Falling: Why It's OK to Chill about Global Warming."
