Dan Moshavi is Interim Dean of the College of Business and Montana
State University-Bozeman. A member of MSU's management faculty since
2000, Moshavi has taught a variety of management courses and has won
more than a dozen teaching awards during his career.
Dan focuses his research efforts on service delivery and customer satisfaction
and has been a research fellow with the Nemours Center for Medical Leadership.
He has published in such venues as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal
of Applied Social Psychology, International Journal of Service Industry Management
and the Journal of Management Education.
Dr. Moshavi has consulted for a variety of large and small organizations, including
Nike and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, helping them manage their critical "touch points" with both employees and customers. He received his Ph.D. in management and organizational
studies from the University of Oregon as well as master's and bachelor's degrees from George
Washington University in Washington D.C. |
